This role is primarily focused on delivery of implementing existing or new EDI interface to the TMS, which will reside within a Product Team of 11. This will include involvement in the Product Development process and some tier 3 support, including Common EDI transaction sets - 204, 214, 990, 210, 990, etc.

Our Product Specialists are problem solvers and subject matter experts. They work with our customers to understand their issues, identify the root cause, and work with our Engineers to provide a solution. They bridge the gap between business and technology, and make sure that we truly understand what our customers need.

What We're Looking For

• EDI Expertise – Strong experience in EDI implementation, ideally within the supply chain or logistics industry. Including common transaction sets (204, 214, 990, 210, etc.)

• Technical Acumen – Ability to analyze and define EDI mappings, troubleshoot issues, and work with data.

• Industry Knowledge – Experience with TMS, import/export operations, or related supply chain applications is a plus.

• Problem-Solving Mindset – You don’t just answer questions—you find the root cause and solve problems.

• Collaboration & Communication – Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Ownership & Initiative – A self-starter who takes accountability and delivers results.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize EDI mappings within Trinium TMS, including common transaction sets (204, 214, 990, 210, etc.).

• Work directly with customers to understand their EDI requirements and provide solutions.

• Collaborate with technical teams to design, document, and implement EDI integrations.

• Draft, review, and refine functional specifications for EDI projects.

• Provide Tier 3 support, troubleshooting, and resolving complex EDI-related issues.

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on EDI, training internal teams and documenting processes.

• Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
