As Legal Counsel, you'll play a pivotal role in partnering with and empowering our businesses to achieve our ambitious global goals and be part of an exciting and dynamic company culture.
Join a highly skilled, collaborative and growing Legal team to provide proactive legal advice predominantly in global M&A and corporate, with the flexibility to get involved in a diverse spectrum of issues including commercial, employment, disputes, governance, and regulatory matters.

We don’t expect you to have in-depth prior knowledge of supply chain logistics and our Legal team has a diverse skillset from a variety of different career paths. The expertise and collaboration within the team provides exceptional professional development opportunities for a Legal Counsel early in their in-house career.
The successful candidate will have great legal training as their foundation – but their sharp intellect, curiosity, humility and resilience will be what aligns them to the culture of one of the most dynamic and collaborative legal teams in the country.
Your Experience:
- Lawyer with 5+ years of post-admission experience, ideally with in-house or extended secondment experience.
- Pragmatic commercial judgement , confident communication, and interpersonal skills, complemented by a self-motivated approach and the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities with competing timelines.
- Comfortable advising the business on novel legal issues facing, including in foreign jurisdictions (with the help of local counsel).
- Comfortable with corporate work, commercial negotiation, and contract drafting, ideally with M&A experience.
- Current NSW practising certificate (or equivalent in another Australian jurisdiction). Fluency in additional languages beyond English is a bonus (not essential) reflecting the global nature of our operations.
Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Corporate law
- Data protection and privacy
- M&A
- IP
- Experience advising on regulatory matters (e.g. competition)
