Product Specialist - Customs

As a Product Specialist, you see our customers’ challenges as opportunities. In this role you’ll use your knowledge of United States and Canada customs to go past the surface level and identify root causes to resolve customer-raised product support incidents for the Customs module.

Experience & Skills:

• Experience troubleshooting product incidents in a software or technical environment
• Strong knowledge of United States and Canada customs and trade regulations
• CargoWise, logistics, and/or software industry experience preferred
• Ability to work well independently as well as in an international, global organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Locations:

• Canada - Fully Remote
• Schaumburg, IL - We offer a flexible hybrid working environment and we're looking for candidates who are based in the Chicago area and open to commuting to our Schaumburg, IL office 1 day per week on Thursdays
