WiseTech Global is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to take charge of our digital ecosystem and accelerate its impact. You’ll elevate the craft of digital marketing across the company, embedding experimentation, insight driven decision making, and best practice execution into everything we do.

What’s the Role?

As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will define and deliver our global digital strategy - owning a portfolio that spans our website, SEO, paid channels, content execution, analytics and digital customer experience. Your work will directly influence market perception, customer engagement and commercial performance across regions.

You’ll lead an eight person team of specialists and collaborate closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, IT and regional teams, ensuring digital excellence and brand consistency worldwide. In a company where digital is increasingly central to how our customers learn, evaluate and adopt our products, your impact will be significant and highly visible.

What You’ll Do

Digital Strategy & Leadership

• Own the end to end global digital marketing strategy aligned to brand and commercial priorities.
• Coach, mentor and grow an eight person team across web, design, SEO, email, paid media and campaign execution.
• Champion digital innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement.

Campaigns & Demand Generation

• Lead multichannel campaigns across paid social, email, content, webinars and sponsorships.
• Drive demand generation programs that fuel healthy and scalable pipeline growth.
• Partner with Sales to enhance follow up, track conversion pathways and strengthen marketing’s revenue contribution.

Web, Platform & Content Management

• Oversee CMS operations and ensure our global website delivers a seamless, high performing experience.
• Run test-and-learn programs to improve UX, navigation, content relevance and conversion outcomes.
• Partner with content, design and product marketing teams to deliver compelling, compliant and market specific content.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

• Own digital performance frameworks and reporting accuracy.
• Analyse engagement, campaign and funnel metrics to uncover opportunities and drive optimisation.
• Use experimentation and insight to continually refine strategy and execution.

Who We’re Looking For

You will thrive here if you are:

• A strategic thinker with 7+ years in B2B digital marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, or complex IT environments.
• Experienced in running and optimising multichannel programs tied to pipeline and revenue metrics.
• Comfortable leading teams and managing stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Fluent in digital platforms including Google Analytics, HubSpot, CMS tools, SEO technologies and paid media (especially LinkedIn).
• Analytical, commercially minded, and obsessed with optimisation and measurable outcomes.
• A confident communicator who can present insights, influence decisions and guide senior leaders.
