Transform your Customs or freight forwarding expertise into global product impact.
If you’ve built deep experience in Customs or freight forwarding and you’re the person everyone turns to for complex CargoWise questions - this is your opportunity to step beyond frontline operations and shape how thousands of logistics professionals use our software every day.
This isn’t training. And it’s not L&D.
This is a product‑facing content role where your real‑world domain experience becomes the engine behind clear, accurate, practical learning content that enables global adoption of CargoWise.
Why this role matters
CargoWise sits at the centre of global logistics. Every workflow you refine, every concept you clarify, and every piece of content you build directly influences how freight forwarders, brokers, and logistics providers move goods across borders.
You’ll be the voice of Customs or freight forwarding operations inside the product - helping ensure customers use CargoWise the way it’s designed, avoid common mistakes, and adopt new features quickly and confidently.
What you’ll do
- Own learning content for CargoWise modules, with a strong focus on Customs or freight forwarding workflows.
- Translate real‑world processes - declarations, compliance, clearance - into clear, practical content.
- Partner with Product and Support so content aligns tightly with how CargoWise is actually used.
- Use real customer issues and common operational pain points to continually improve content quality.
- Leverage AI tools to support drafting, updating, and maintaining scalable learning materials (we’ll help you learn this).
This role is for you if you:
- Have 5+ years of hands‑on experience in logistics, Customs, or freight forwarding.
- Are confident in explaining complex operational processes clearly and practically.
- Are a CargoWise power user, SME, trainer, or the “go‑to” person for complex customs scenarios.
- Understand Customs processes, compliance frameworks, and international trade practices.
- Enjoy explaining complex processes simply and clearly.
- Are a strong communicator – both written and verbal.
- Want a career path beyond operations - without leaving your domain expertise behind.
Nice to have (not required)
- Experience with CargoWise.
- Experience training or supporting other users.
- Experience writing SOPs, guides, or documentation.
- Interest in using AI tools to work more efficiently.
About the team
You’ll join a product‑facing content team that works closely with Product, Engineering, and Support. As the Customs or freight forwarding subject matter lead for your modules, you’ll shape content strategy and ensure our learning materials evolve alongside the product.
The team’s focus is simple: help customers adopt new features quickly and correctly - at scale - as CargoWise continues to evolve.
Ready to build content that shapes global logistics?
If you're excited by the idea of using your operations background to influence product adoption and help thousands of people use CargoWise more effectively, we'd love to hear from you.
