The Opportunity: Delivery Manager

We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Delivery Manager in Sydney to drive the success of assigned teams, projects, and initiatives. You will be instrumental in ensuring optimal throughput, continuous productivity improvement, and strong operational performance, all while embedding the WiseTech Way.

These are the capabilities needed to be successful in this role:

• Ownership (identify, design, test, create content and embed) of productivity improvements that impact the end-to-end system.
• Develop and implement tactics to optimize throughput and continuous improvement in a continuous change environment, ensuring alignment of projects with WiseTech's long-term goals and objectives.
• Engage relationships and inputs from key stakeholders to ensure project alignment, cross-team collaboration and smoothly communication.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders of assigned teams and projects.
• Analyse and optimize projects and assigned teams to maximize operational performance on the value realisation chain of assigned teams and projects.
• Utilize data and analytics to informed decision-making and measure performance on assigned teams and projects.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with end-to-end projects, initiatives and teams to ensure an effective delivery.
• Foster, nurture and lead an environment that encourages innovation, learning cycles and adaptability inside assigned teams and projects.
• Propagate and facilitate the change to teams embed WiseTech Way.
• Mentor team members in the function to enable people to generate the desired outcomes of their role.
