About This Role
Lead and steer multiple strategic go-to-market and regular operations-related projects including leading integration efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to formulate long-term strategic priorities and initiatives related to the company strategy, emerging industry trends, competitive dynamics, and internal business performance improvement. Define and execute processes that increase teams’ productivity and efficiency across various business functions. Collaborate with finance and other business functions to keep track/report on financial activities of the business. Formulate and communicate the Blume strategy to key stakeholders including obtaining buy-in. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure delivery of a world-class product to customers.
Telecommuting permitted 2 days a week.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, Potential Total Compensation of $157,373.00 per year.
Experience & Skills
8 years of work experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation or a related technology industry.
Of the required experience, employer requires 5 years in each of the following:
Financial and Revenue analysis
Analyzing and interpreting financial data to create financial forecast that guide strategic decision-making
Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analyses to identify key opportunities and threats to inform business strategy
Formulating strategic planning processes incorporating scenario analysis to enhance growth and secure long-term sustainability
Formulating and delivering go-to-market strategies to diverse audiences, including technical teams and key stakeholders
Project and Program management, which must include managing projects and programs across various work streams on strategic initiatives and ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with overarching business goals.
International travel required up to 10%; Domestic travel required up to 25%.
