Responsibilities:
- Define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable user stories for the development team
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure features meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer reported incidents
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Attend and participate in daily stand up meetings
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a product management or business analyst role
- Previous experience in a software development role
- Proven track record of iterative product development for API based data products within the enterprise software or logistics industry
- Experience troubleshooting product incidents in a software or technical environment.
- Technical understanding of APIs, web services, and RESTful architecture
- Proficiency in C# or Java programming languages, and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand, summarize, and communicate complex technical architecture concepts to various stakeholders
