Accounting Product Specialist Job Responsibility
Location: Nanjing, China
- Design requirements and perform functional testing for accounting products, research market and user needs, and improve products accordingly while participating in the development of relevant software projects.
- Utilize accounting business knowledge and financial software experience to guide local team members and provide ongoing business support to clients.
- Demonstrate strong problem analysis and process documentation skills.
- Design and implement solutions, and write requirements/specifications for the development team.
- Build and maintain a product information repository to support future product development.
- Exhibit self-driven learning abilities and maintain continuous self-improvement.
- Show strong communication and collaboration skills.

Your knowledge and Understanding
- In-depth Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Practices: You possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices, backed by relevant academic qualifications or professional experience. This knowledge allows you to effectively design and improve accounting-related products tailored to user and market needs.
- Experience with Financial Software: You have hands-on experience with financial software systems, giving you the ability to guide team members and provide ongoing support to clients. Your familiarity with these tools enables you to contribute to the development and enhancement of products that meet industry standards.
- Product Development and Specification Writing: You understand the product development lifecycle and have experience in designing requirements, testing functionalities, and writing detailed specifications for development teams. This knowledge ensures that the products you help create are both functional and user-friendly.
- Market and User Research: You are skilled in conducting thorough market research and understanding user needs, which allows you to make informed decisions on product improvements. Your ability to analyze these factors contributes to the creation of competitive and relevant products.
- Problem Analysis and Solution Design: You are adept at analyzing problems and designing effective solutions. Your ability to document processes and create comprehensive information repositories supports ongoing product development and improvement.
