In this role, you’ll be the architect of clarity in a complex global environment. You’ll ensure compliance reporting is accurate and timely, build advanced dashboards that go beyond transactional data, and deliver insights that help leaders make smarter decisions. Your work will directly influence workforce strategies and operational excellence across our global business.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and optimise core People and compliance reports in UKG HRIS, ensuring accuracy across regions.
  • Build and optimise advanced reports and dashboards in UKG and IBM Cognos to deliver meaningful insights beyond basic transactional data.
  • Document report logic and processes for consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with People Analytics and Finance to align metrics and improve data quality.
  • Provide insight and commentary on workforce trends to support leaders’ decision-making and compliance reporting.
  • Identify automation opportunities to simplify reporting and enhance efficiency.

You’re a detail-oriented and pragmatic analyst who takes pride in accurate, reliable reporting. You enjoy finding clarity in complexity, simplifying processes, and helping teams use data with confidence. You have strong technical knowledge of HRIS reporting and the curiosity to turn data into insight that helps leaders make better decisions.

Required Expertise

  • Proven experience in UKG HRIS reporting (essential), including setup of scheduled and ad-hoc reports, data exports, and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated capability in IBM Cognos (Report Studio, Dashboarding, Framework Manager) for advanced report building.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with an understanding of HR data structures (headcount, turnover, demographics, organisation hierarchy, job architecture, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills for data validation and analysis.
  • Experience producing and communicating clear, business-ready insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple time zones (APAC, EMEA, Americas), managing competing reporting priorities under tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience improving or documenting HR reporting frameworks or maturity models.
  • Understanding of workforce metrics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks in HR contexts.
  • Familiarity with data quality assurance and governance practices in HR systems.
  • Exposure to IBM Cognos administration or report migration projects (advantageous).
