You will play a key role in supporting the integration of acquired businesses across Europe - working alongside experienced local leaders and a global team to ensure the successful alignment of acquired businesses to our WiseTech integration standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage integration initiatives for newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with the WTG integration model. Manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of integration tasks.
- Proactively lead the roll-out of successful integration initiatives across different businesses, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with leaders and teams across Europe to embed our culture, consolidate products, align commercial models, and streamline productivity processes.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a business, commercial, or financial role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate complex business environments, engaging with multiple stakeholders
- Financial acumen and analytical mindset
- A collaborative team player, but also someone who is confident to work independently and a self – starter
- Experience with logistics, customs processes, and European business operations is a plus.
