Lead Software Engineer - Sydney / Melbourne / Adelaide

We're seeking Lead Software Engineers to join our development teams in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide! In this role, you'll be pivotal in designing, building, and maintaining products and platform services, and infrastructure that powers global logistics.

About you:

We value your coding skills, regardless of whether you specialize in C#.NET or other programming languages. We prioritize expertise over mere checkboxes.

• Experience in building large-scale services and enterprise software.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, and similar languages.
• Expertise in databases like SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins.
• Proven experience designing and developing complex software solutions focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring and guiding junior developers.
• Ability to drive technical excellence and innovation through best practices, code reviews, and architectural improvements.
