Partner with an impressive team. Based in Sydney, at our global HQ in Alexandria, you'll be working under the leadership of our General Counsel and collaborating with a highly skilled and impressive team to provide proactive legal counsel across a diverse spectrum, including global M&A, corporate, commercial, governance, and regulatory matters.

About You
You're a highly accomplished legal professional with 4+ years of post-admission experience, ideally with in-house legal expertise. You possess exceptional business judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills, complemented by a self-motivated approach and the ability to work autonomously with high accountability.
Key Credentials:
Current NSW practising certificate (or equivalent in another Australian jurisdiction)
Significant depth of experience in corporate work, commercial negotiation, and contract drafting
Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- M&A and integration projects
- Corporate law
- End-to-end negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements
- Commercial advisory
- Product counselling
- Dispute management and resolution Fluency in additional languages beyond English is a bonus (not essential) reflecting the global nature of our operations.
