Are you a Product Manager with expertise in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and a passion for technology solutions that transform HR operations? We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead impactful projects, improve existing systems, and optimize the overall HR technology experience.

Our HRIS product team is at the forefront of developing and delivering innovative solutions that drive business success. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and delivering technology solutions across various HR applications and platforms. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT partner teams, ensuring seamless project execution from scoping through to implementation, deployment, optimization, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in the development and optimization of HR technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver strategic solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of HR technology projects, maintaining alignment with both technical specifications and business goals.
  • Provide ongoing optimization and support for HR systems, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct UAT to validate the system functionality meets both business needs and quality standards.
  • Create clear, concise documentation and presentations to support development, training, and support teams.
  • Work closely with our global teams to identify pain points, propose solutions, and deliver user-centered technology innovations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and developing HR technology solutions.
  • Strong product management skills, with experience driving projects through the full lifecycle.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring a balance between business needs and technical feasibility.
  • A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, multitask effectively, and manage shifting priorities.
  • Experience working on talent and annual leave software is highly desirable.
