Our customers use our software to run their global logistics businesses and part of this end-to-end solution is our sales CRM product. As a product specialist, you see our customers challenges as opportunities and articulate them as requirements. You work with your team to solve the problems our customers didn’t even know they had.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales CRM systems. You will have experience working with software development teams and collaborating with both internal and external sales teams to gather requirements. You will also possess superior communication and people skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels within the organization from ideation through to deployment.

The Responsibilities

  • Evaluate user needs and pain points and identify improvement opportunities
  • Investigate and propose solutions to complex issues
  • Writing up technical requirements for the development team for new features and functionalities
  • Assess existing functionality, evaluate inefficiencies and recommend areas for improvement
  • Work collaboratively with customers, UX designers and development throughout the lifecycle for new features
  • Product development review (UAT/ QA) for software fixes and new features
  • Develop customer facing product supporting content and release notes
  • Deliver high quality customer service in the form of 2nd line support

To be successful in this position you will have;

  • Strong Product management experience
  • Excellent understanding of enterprise sales lifecyle and challenges
  • Strong understanding and experience in new product and feature development processes, and conceptualising solutions from ideation through to deployment
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with internal and external teams to gather and breakdown requirements
  • Experience in writing detailed design documents as well as test scripts for the development team to deploy new features/enhancements
  • Experience in writing user facing content and release notes
