We caught up with two of our talented Earn & Learn Associate Software Engineers, Joyce Gao and Valin Kennedy, to get insights and tips to help you advance your coding skills and prepare for a career in tech.

Why the future is bright for female software developers
|
Teachers play a crucial role in helping students explore career opportunities and break down barriers related to gender, ethnicity, and other limitations. They can introduce students and their families to professions they may not have considered before.
Traditionally, software engineering has been a male-dominated field. However, this trend is shifting. In this article, we hear from Holly Craig, Svetlana Lazareva, and Rianna Libdy—three women at different stages of their software engineering careers at WiseTech. They share their insights on why now is the perfect time for women to pursue careers as software developers.
