Women Love Tech celebrated International Womens Day by inviting senior female tech leaders from around the globe, including our Head of Education, Louise Nobes, to share their views on shifting the status quo as part of IWD’s 2026 theme: “Balancing the Scales”.

When Rianna Libdy joined WiseTech Global’s inaugural Earn & Learn cohort at 17, she began a journey that would accelerate both her skills and her university studies. By combining real-world software development with academic learning, Rianna is now on track to graduate from UTS a full year early, highlighting how hands-on learning paired with real-world practice helps talented students build capability faster.
