Are you a Product Manager with a passion for learning platforms and web development? We are seeking a Product Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead transformative projects such as website development, enabling multilingual content, and enhancing our platform’s interface for a modernized student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive high-impact frontend, website, and mobile projects within WiseTech Academy.
- Hands-on product management, from assessing feasibility and creating user stories to road mapping and work phasing.
- Collaborate with product teams, UX experts, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design solutions that elevate user experience and align with business objectives.
- Partner closely with engineers to provide clear direction, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of product developments.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure products meet both user needs and quality standards.
- Create detailed presentations and documentation to support development, marketing, and support teams in understanding and promoting the product.
- Play a critical role in incident management, ensuring swift resolution of product-related issues.
- Align frontend app and platform development with WiseTech Academy’s strategic goals.
- Understand user needs, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap accordingly.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management.
- Experience with online learning platforms and website development is a plus.
