The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This role offers broad exposure across financial accounting, reporting, FP&A, and finance-led business partnering projects. It’s an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders to support business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Month-End & Reporting

  • Own key components of the month end close
  • Deliver accurate management and board level reporting with clear variance analysis
  • Apply strong accounting judgement within a listed company environment

Project-Based Business Partnering

  • Partner with delivery and operational teams on targeted finance projects
  • Support improvements to time recording accuracy and consistency
  • Translate operational activity into reliable financial insights
  • Drive behaviors and process enhancements that improve reporting integrity

FP&A & Analysis

  • Support forecasting cycles
  • Analyse cost drivers, productivity and capitalization outcomes
  • Examine financial and operational data to identify trends, drivers and impacts

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to uplift data quality, controls and reporting
  • Contribute to finance uplift initiatives to enhance confidence in results

About You:

  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Strong grounding in financial accounting and reporting
  • Comfortable working with non finance stakeholders in a project environment
  • Analytical, structured, and detail oriented
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Curious, proactive, and keen to understand how operations flow through to financial outcomes
