Senior Product Content Manager

About The Role

As a Senior Product Content Manager, you will manage and develop learning content for our products, including CargoWise and BorderWise. Each Senior Product Content Manager is responsible for a portfolio of modules, using the roadmap to plan and prioritize content creation. You will facilitate the development of learning materials — such as documentation, videos, simulated activities, FAQs, and assessments — that guide our customers, partners, and internal staff to onboard, upskill, and maximize their use of our products.

This role now also has a strong focus on the use of AI tools and workflows to accelerate the creation, enhancement and maintenance of content, ensuring our learning resources remain innovative, scalable, and aligned to audience needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and use AI tools and workflows to facilitate and accelerate the following responsibilities.
• Manage the content roadmap for assigned product modules, aligning learning materials with product development and release cycles.
• Create and maintain high-quality content including documentation, courseware, quizzes, simulations, videos, and FAQs, based on product specifications and customer needs.
• Assign, coordinate, and review work completed by Product Content Specialists.
• Transform customer issues raised through tickets (eRequests/incidents) into clear, actionable learning content, and analyze the data for trends and proactively identify learning needs.
• Collaborate with Product Teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of all content.
• Create efficiencies in video scripting, documentation drafting, and FAQ generation.
• Establish and maintain AI governance practices, ensuring outputs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with WiseTech’s brand and tone of voice.
• Build and maintain a library of AI prompts, templates, and workflows for consistent team use.
• Contribute to the development of best practices for AI adoption within the eLearning team.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Proven experience in creating eLearning materials such as documentation, courses, video scripts, and assessments.
• Ability to synthesize complex product specifications into clear, learner-focused content.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated curiosity and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adopt new tools quickly.
• Experience using generative AI tools (chat-based models, transcription, image/video generation).

Desirable:

• Practical logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding experience.
• Hands-on experience with CargoWise.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-enabled authoring tools.
• Technical proficiency with workflow automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python, Power Automate, SQL).
