As a TA professional at WiseTech, you will hold deep conversations with candidates, taking the time to genuinely understand who they are and what makes them tick. We deeply understand requirements of the roles we work on and while we don’t need to know how to code, we have to genuinely care about the craft.

Who You Are:

• You have at least 8 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on high-growth tech or SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of successfully scaling teams and meeting hiring targets with consistency and quality.
• You’re a problem solver. You like people problems, and you like technical problems, and you bring strong analytics and modelling to support your recommendations and decisions.
• You are a strategic thinker with a passion for finding and attracting top talent.
• You can demonstrate experience in building employer branding initiatives to attract candidates.
