Rate Administrator

As the world’s leading provider of software to the logistics industry – WiseTech Global’s systems play a crucial role in the functioning of the global supply chain. Our Rate Administration team are a key lynchpin in ensuring accurate and timely flow of information to the largest freight forwarders in the world. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Rate Administrator to join our growing Rate Management team in Bangalore. This role involves managing and publishing rates for our global clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update client-specific ocean contracts and surcharges.
• Publish air carrier-specific rates.
• Format and publish Transport Provider and Drayage rates.
• Annotate commercial invoices.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in liner shipping, NVOCC, or Freight Forwarding (Ocean or Air Freight).
• Advanced knowledge of ocean contracts and rates.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
