Responsibilities:
- Develop the product roadmap, manage the backlog, define product requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, investigate customer-raised support incidents, and guide cross functional team
- Prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and strategic objectives
- Lead daily stand up ceremonies and collaborate cross functionally with development and design teams
- Manage internal stakeholders and provide regular updates on key milestones
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a product management role
- Previous experience in a software development role
- Proven track record of iterative product development for API based data products within the enterprise software or logistics industry.
- Technical understanding of APIs, web services, and RESTful architecture
- Proficiency in C# or Java programming languages and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand, summarize, and communicate complex technical architecture concepts to various stakeholders
