As a Company Secretarial Manager, you’ll be joining an innovative, collaborative, and down-to-earth global team led by our award-winning Group Company Secretary. You’ll play a key role, reporting to the Assistant Company Secretary. Overview
Reporting to the Assistant Company Secretary, you will be an integral part of the governance and compliance functions across WiseTech Global’s corporate structure. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to ASX Listing Rules, the Corporations Act, and global regulatory frameworks. You will work closely with the internal stakeholders and external advisors to support board operations, corporate transactions and statutory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
WiseTech Global Limited Board & Committee Support: prepare and manage board and committee agendas, papers, minutes, and monitor the status of matters arising. Coordinate and publish board and committee meeting books.
ASX & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee ASX announcements and ensure compliance with listing rule obligations and corporate governance principles.
Subsidiary Governance: Assistant the management of global subsidiary governance, including statutory registers and legal entity management systems.
Corporate Projects: support governance-related matters for M&A activities and other corporate initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a governance or company secretarial role within an ASX-listed or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of ASX Listing Rules, Corporate Governance Principles & Recommendations and the Corporations Act.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Diligent Boards and Diligent Entities.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working autonomously.

- Collaborative leadership style and ability to mentor junior team members.
- Familiarity with global compliance frameworks and cross-border governance practices.
