Executive Assistant – 6-Month FTC

What You’ll Be Doing

• This role requires a sense of urgency, foresight, and finesse. You’ll be central to the smooth running of our Interim CFO’s day-to-day operations and broader leadership impact.
• Complex inbox and diary management, including proactive conflict resolution and meeting prioritization.
• Coordinating logistics for 1:1s, team meetings, conferences, and events.
• Managing domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transport, itineraries, and visas.
• Submitting expense claims and tracking approvals.
• Drafting correspondence, preparing documents (including use of precedents), and managing amendments.
• File management, including electronic filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
• Providing general reporting and administrative support to the broader finance team.
