The Opportunity:

Our Talent Team is focused on attracting, hiring and retaining top candidates on an international scale. This fast-paced role will give you exposure across our finance recruitment campaigns, working with our talent team to hire the very best. You will need to be a key driver in a high performance culture with a commitment to delivering the optimal candidate experience.

Experience & Skills:

• 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring for finance teams
• Experience in SaaS and/or in-house recruiting environments
• Proven experience crafting Boolean search strings, particularly for sourcing candidates in niche industries and roles
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates
• Experience identifying trends and insights from response and conversion rates to make data-driven recommendations for iterative improvements
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines and track sourcing activities effectively
