The Opportunity

With offices in over 50 countries, our Treasury team in Sydney is expanding to support global finance and accounting needs. You will assist with liquidity management, FX deal settlement, intercompany funding, treasury payment processing, transactional banking, and treasury accounting.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage daily cash positions for Australian and overseas entities to ensure liquidity.
  • Arrange intercompany funding transactions and execute timely transfer pricing settlements.
  • Manage currency conversions and settlements for FX trades, loans, interest, and fees.
  • Process various payments, including tax, dividends, intercompany invoices, and M&A-related payments.
  • Oversee transactional banking, bank account and mandate management, and KYC compliance
  • Prepare journals for treasury-related transactions and support month-end accounting.
  • Contribute to treasury projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You are a driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, with strong relationship and stakeholder management skills. You demonstrate a commitment to proactive investigation and continuous improvement.

Your Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, economics, or a related field.
  • CPA or CA qualified, or currently pursuing such qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of corporate treasury experience in a complex global business with multi-currency exposures.
  • Experience in liquidity management, intercompany funding, FX settlements, payment processing, and treasury accounting.
