We’re looking for a self-motivated, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our collaborative global marketing team. Based in our Chicago office, you’ll work closely with our Product and Sales teams to develop product marketing content for our CargoWise platform, specifically our growing portfolio of Landside and Land Transport products.

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys writing, thinks creatively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. One day you might be crafting copy for a new website landing page, the next you’re interviewing a customer for a case study, briefing an ebook you’ve written into the Design team, or helping a product manager prep for an educational webinar.

You’ll need to be comfortable working with complex ideas, confident collaborating across teams and time zones, and focused on producing high-quality, consistent marketing content that drives real business value.

In this role, you will:

Collaborate with teams across our global business to create content that builds awareness, highlights product value, and drives adoption.

Write clear, benefit-led copy for key product features across digital flyers, website landing pages, outbound emails, social posts, and other marketing assets.

Develop thought leadership pieces like eBooks, whitepapers, and reports that give customers fresh perspectives on industry trends and challenges.

Create sales enablement tools such as customer stories, messaging, and talking points to support effective sales conversations.

Translate complex product details and marketing requirements into clear, actionable briefs for our internal design, digital, and video teams.

Stay closely connected to Product and Sales teams to keep ahead of upcoming releases, industry trends and evolving customer needs.

About you

You’re a curious, driven marketer who loves turning complex ideas into content that’s clear, useful, and impactful.

You’re not just a great writer – you’re also a problem solver. You ask smart questions, spot what’s missing, and find creative ways to communicate value.

You collaborate well across teams, especially with Product, Sales, and subject matter experts. You’ve created everything from emails and brochures to website copy and eBooks – and you know how to tailor content to different audiences and channels.

You have 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a medium to large business. Experience in tech or logistics is a plus, but not essential.
