Product Manager (Thai speaking)

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining and delivering innovative software solutions that drive efficiency and automation across WiseTech’s ecosystem. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to build scalable, high-quality products that enhance performance and customer experience. Your work will involve designing, testing, and releasing complex software at scale that impacts a vast customer base worldwide.

This role is part of our customs team and requires someone who is fluent in both Thai and English. The successful person will need to translate complex documents and use these to guide the product roadmap and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage deeply with customers to gain a thorough understanding of their unique business challenges.
• Partner with other WiseTech Global teams to understand their strategic objectives and align development priorities accordingly.
• Define and own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with development teams, technical experts, and delivery managers to drive product innovation and execution.
• Ensure the product fulfills both customer and company needs.
• Create relevant product documentation for internal and client use.
• Respond to customer requests for product enhancements and support.
• Create test plans and perform test execution.
• Identify trends and patterns to make informed product design decisions that address key challenges.
• Continuously work on improving product quality and user experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in both English and Thai with strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
• Proven experience in product management within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including development teams, product managers, and senior management.
• Ability to break down complex challenges into actionable strategies.
• Experience in planning and executing complex software releases on a global scale is desirable.
