About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sr. Software Engineer with a strong background in .NET development to join our dynamic R&D team. This role requires you to architect, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade software solutions at scale. You’ll work on building and enhancing our CargoWise platform, contributing to its growth and helping shape the future of logistics technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale .NET-based applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following software engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain and improve code quality standards.
• Lead and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of collaboration and learning.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Ensure robust performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to innovate within the logistics space.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Hands-on experience in building large-scale, high-performance software solutions, especially with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Strong understanding of web technologies and frameworks, including JavaScript, Angular (or similar frameworks).
• Proficiency in working with MS SQL Server, including complex queries, database design, and optimization.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to architect applications at scale.
• Deep understanding of design patterns, software best practices, and principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.
• Solid experience in building enterprise-grade software solutions using modern development tools and methodologies.
