This fast-paced role will give you exposure across our global recruitment campaigns, working with our talent team to source the very best. You will need to be a key driver in a high-performance culture with a commitment to delivering the optimal candidate experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other R&D positions within our China teams – from job sourcing, screening, conducting HR interviews, preparing candidate reports, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and supporting onboarding.
- Partner with technical hiring managers and team leads to understand role requirements, team culture, and tech stack, translating business needs into targeted sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Source high-quality technical talent using local and global channels. Use Boolean searches, tech-specific keywords, and passive sourcing to identify top candidates.
- Conduct initial technical fit assessments and HR interviews, evaluating candidates for motivation, communication skills, team fit, and alignment with WiseTech’s engineering culture.
- Prepare structured candidate evaluation reports, summarizing key insights to support technical interviewers in making well-informed decisions.
- Coordinate multi-stage technical interviews, ensuring smooth scheduling and timely feedback loops.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience, ensuring engineers and product candidates receive clear, timely communication and feel respected throughout the process
Your Knowledge and Understanding
- You are a self-motivated, solutions-oriented talent acquisition professional who thrives in fast-paced, autonomous environments. You take ownership, move quickly, and make things happen — not because someone told you to, but because you care about outcomes and impact.
- You bring a strong balance of people sense and data sense — capable of guiding candidates through their decision-making journey while using funnel metrics and insights to continuously optimize your sourcing strategy.
- You are adaptable and creative, able to switch gears between strategic sourcing, hiring operations, and candidate storytelling — all while keeping a sharp eye on timelines and experience quality.
- You have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a technology-driven or high-growth in-house environment, with a proven track record of hiring software engineers, product managers, or other technical talent.
- You work closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, iterate on feedback, and adjust strategies as needed — always with a clear focus on quality and efficiency.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open roles at once while collaborating across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- You are fluent in written and reading English and can communicate effectively in a multinational team environment.
