About the role

You'll be the driving force behind the layout, content build, and deployment of e-learning courseware using our Learner Management System course builder (CMS) software. Working closely with our talented design and content production team, you'll ensure that every course is meticulously crafted, accurate, complete, and visually appealing. With your keen eye for detail, you'll manage deployment workflows and schedules, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

Your responsibilities will be to

  • Layout, content build, and deployment of e-learning courseware using our Learner Management System course builder (CMS) software
  • Work closely with our design and content production team to ensure that content is accurate, complete, and properly formatted.
  • Managing content workflows and schedules to ensure that content is delivered on time and according to quality standards
  • Ensuring that all Academy eLearning content is properly tagged and optimized for search and other discovery tools
  • Develop and maintaining course builder (CMS) software documentation and training materials for content creators and editors

Skills required

  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across content
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Basic design and visual skills
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task

Experience

  • 1-2 year working in eLearning, publishing, media, or related industry

Desired

  • Experience with CMS editor tools
  • MS Word skills
  • Adobe suite skills

Qualifications (Desired)

  • Degree or diploma with a specialization in Arts, English literature, Media and Communication, or similar
