Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and review books of accounts regularly
  • Handle month-end close activities and transfer pricing calculations
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules and reconcile intercompany balances
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (SEZ, Direct/Indirect Tax, FEMA, etc.)
  • Manage India Statutory, Tax, and Transfer Pricing audits
  • Coordinate with bankers and consultants for payments and tax filings
  • Provide timely data for group audits and HQ finance requests

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong knowledge of India-related statutory requirements (Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, FEMA, etc.)
  • Experience working in multinational software development companies
  • Exposure to Transfer Pricing and audits (BIG4 experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with global stakeholders
