It is the current intention of the Board to target a dividend payout ratio of up to 20% of our annual Underlying Net Profit After Tax.
Depending on the ongoing available earnings and the ongoing financial position of the Company, it is the intention of the Board to declare interim dividends in respect of half years ending 31 December and final dividends in respect of half years ending 30 June each year.
If you are a shareholder in Australia or New Zealand, we will pay your dividend by direct deposit into your bank account, as this is faster, safer and more secure. If you are one of the few who have not yet provided your bank account details, please do so before the record date otherwise we will be unable to pay you. You can provide your bank details at investorcentre.linkgroup.com by logging into your shareholding. Until we receive your details, your dividend will be held on your behalf in a non-interest-bearing account.
Shareholders outside Australia and New Zealand will receive their payment by cheque denominated in Australian dollars. (Note: If you are offshore but do have an Australian or New Zealand bank account, let us know and we can pay direct to that account.)
We encourage you to keep your payment details up to date. Changes to your dividend payment instructions can be made quickly and simply online at investorcentre.linkgroup.com.
The Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is a convenient way for eligible shareholders to increase their shareholding, without paying brokerage or other transaction costs. Instead of receiving each dividend in cash, your dividend is reinvested to buy additional WiseTech Global shares.
All Australian and New Zealand resident WiseTech Global shareholders may join. To qualify as a resident shareholder, you must have a registered address in, and be a resident of, Australia or New Zealand at the relevant record date.
Yes, the decision is entirely yours.
Read the DRP Booklet and apply online by following the instructions below.
- Go to the Link Group Investor Center where you can follow the prompts to login to your portfolio holding
- Once you are logged in select your WTC holding and click on 'Reinvestment Plan: Update' under the Payments & Tax heading, click on 'Create Instruction' to access the online application.
