Our Agreement with you comprises your Order Form or PSA and the Maintenance & License Agreement (MLA).
Maintenance & Licence Agreement
Different versions of the MLA apply to different customers, depending on when you contracted with us.
The version that applies to you is the version identified in your Order Form or PSA, unless we have since notified you of an updated MLA in accordance with section 3.3 - in which case the most recent version we have notified to you applies.
