With more than 5,000 international partners globally, and more than 1,000 active local customers, International Freight Shipping identified the need for an IT system that could centralize its processes and manage data across a single global network. The company was also looking to enhance its services, get greater insight into shipment status and progress, boost productivity and provide customers with increased visibility.
