How are dividends paid?
If you are a shareholder in Australia or New Zealand, we will pay your dividend by direct deposit into your bank account, as this is faster, safer and more secure. If you are one of the few who have not yet provided your bank account details, please do so before the record date otherwise we will be unable to pay you. You can provide your bank details at investorcentre.linkgroup.com by logging into your shareholding. Until we receive your details, your dividend will be held on your behalf in a non-interest-bearing account.
Shareholders outside Australia and New Zealand will receive their payment by cheque denominated in Australian dollars. (Note: If you are offshore but do have an Australian or New Zealand bank account, let us know and we can pay direct to that account.)
We encourage you to keep your payment details up to date. Changes to your dividend payment instructions can be made quickly and simply online at investorcentre.linkgroup.com.

Receiving shareholder communications
Receiving your shareholder communications electronically is the best way to stay informed and will assist WiseTech Global with its commitment to minimizing paper usage. If you haven't already, we encourage you to make the switch to paperless communications and provide us with your email address. To make the change, go to Link Investor Center and follow the prompts.
You can make an election as to how you would like to receive certain documents including annual reports and documents related to members' meetings (for example notices of meeting and proxy/voting forms) as follows:

You can make a standing election to receive the documents in physical or electronic form

You can make a one-off request to receive a document in physical or electronic form, or

You can tell us if you do not want to receive a hard copy of the Annual Report. You will always be able to access and read our Annual Report when it is published on our website and the ASX platform.
